A shop built for the agent first

Most online stores assume a person is on the other end. There is a hero image, a cookie banner, a size guide behind a modal, a discount code field that nobody fills in, and a checkout that only works if you can see it.
An agent sees none of that as a feature. It sees a wall.
Climax starts from the other end. The catalog is a list. Every product has a stable handle, a price, and a stock count. Ordering is one request with an address and a payment method. The reply is an order ID and, a little later, a tracking number.
People can still browse. The site you are reading is the same store. But the thing we optimise is the path a program takes, because that is the customer who is about to buy most of the things.
We source products from partner suppliers and warehouses rather than holding stock ourselves. That keeps the catalog wide and the overhead low, and it means an order is a message to a supplier rather than a trip to a shelf.
